Hooded Front Pocket Drawstring Jacket

Frustrated with covid shopping. I don’t know what all the “runs small” talk is about. I sized up based on reviews and I am going to return this and get my correct size. I am absolutely swimming in a large. No amount of layering could fix it. Looks like a good quality jacket though. Maybe covid will force some kind of standardization of sizing? *sigh*Doubtful. But one can dream...Marmot is a quality brand. Always has been. This jacket is quality. Outdoor gear manufacturers like Marmot, Arc’Teryx, OR, Patagonia have to be consistent to have the reputation they’ve had for decades (especially hard-used outdoor gear-they can’t mess around and keep brand loyalty). Companies like this don’t tend to license out their Name to cheap manufacturers so Kohl’s can sell it. Unless you have a fitting issue, trust the size chart and avoid the hassle of returns/rebuys.

Good jacket for the price. I use it for yard work when it is wet outside so the length is perfect! It does run small I recommend you size up if you want to wear layers under it as it is a thin fabric !

I returned this jacket.I will say that the jacket is very well made. I read the reviews, but I failed to see anything about how much Velcro is just everywhere on this jacket. There is Velcro in several places along the front zipper and more on the zippered pockets. There is also Velcro on the extremely long sleeves.The jacket would be wonderful for someone who would be camping, hiking, or kayaking in very wet weather, but it is a bit over the top for regular use.

Keeps you dry and warm with base layer underneath. Great for the price! Would buy again.

The jacket itself is very well made, and I was excited to receive it. I am a solid XL with room underneath to layer in most jackets, except this... it hardly zipped and i couldn't move my shoulders. It is definitely a slim fit !! It didn't work for my body build, but if you are tall and slender it should be great. Length was perfect, well made... but dangnabit I had to return. I am 5'4, 160 lbs...stocky. No room to breathe.
