Women's Long Plus Size Dress

I have yet to receive this package and it's paid for. Everytime I try to track it. It does not work. So I have no clue!

I'm a plus size wedding photographer and had an upcoming wedding with a forecast calling for 97 degrees and high-humidity. Knowing the ceremony was going to be in the blazing sun, I needed something that allowed for "ventilation" as well as movement. This dress fits the bill! I'm 5'3" and it came to right above my ankles which isn't something I come across too often in a maxi-dress style. A lot of other reviewers have said it's not a true empire waist, which is true, however I think this is more flattering. A problem I have with empire waists is that it hits right under my chest and makes me look pregnant (even though I'm not!).I love that the dress itself is plain (I got it in black and will be ordering the green and navy soon) so you can dress it up if needed. Highly recommend! Super comfortable.
